Humble x Ester Spiced Rum Christmas Cake

This Christmas, take home or gift the Humble x Ester Spiced Rum Christmas Cake—a rich, moist cake infused with Ester’s award-winning spiced rum.

Created from a cherished family recipe by Ester Spirits’ owner, Felix, this cake combines mixed dried fruit, glacé cherries and dates, lovingly baked by our Humble team with the full-bodied warmth of Ester’s spiced rum.

It serves 8–10 people and can be enjoyed before Christmas and long after—though we doubt it’ll last that long!

As only a limited number will be made, we recommend pre-ordering to secure your cake. Available for pick-up from 1st December through to Christmas Eve. Choose the cake on its own, or add a 100ml bottle of Ester’s spiced rum for an extra festive touch.

Each order includes a recipe booklet with creative serving ideas and pairing tips from the teams at Humble and Ester Spirits.

Ingredients: Mixed dried fruit, glacé cherries, pitted dates, brown sugar, butter, orange rind, spices, white flour, bicarb soda, spiced rum, egg, orange juice, almond and flan gel.

All items are made in our bakery in an environment with eggs, nuts, flour, soy and gluten.
