Baked by our Humble team, this rich fruit cake is infused with rum and packed with mixed dried fruit, glacé cherries and dates. It’s moist, boozy and incredibly delicious.
Serves 8–10 people.
Ingredients: Mixed dried fruit, glacé cherries, pitted dates, brown sugar, butter, orange rind, spices, white flour, bicarb soda, spiced rum, egg, orange juice, almond and flan gel.
Made in our bakery where eggs, nuts, flour, soy and gluten are present.
