Humble x Ester Spiced Rum Christmas Cake

This Christmas, we've teamed up with Ester Spirits to bring you one of the best Christmas cakes we've ever tasted.

Baked by our Humble team and made with Ester co-owner Felix’s grandmother's treasured recipe, this cake is infused with Ester's award-winning spiced rum. Packed with mixed dried fruit, glacé cherries and dates, it’s perfectly moist, boozy and incredibly delicious.

Each cake comes with a fun and unique "How To Enjoy" booklet and recipe card, filled with festive cocktail suggestions to pair with using Ester Spiced Rum.

It serves 8–10 people and can be enjoyed before Christmas and long after — though we doubt it’ll last that long!

Cakes are very limited so be sure to get in early.

Available for pick-up from 1st December through to Christmas Eve. Choose the cake on its own, or add a 100ml bottle of Ester’s spiced rum.

Ingredients: Mixed dried fruit, glacé cherries, pitted dates, brown sugar, butter, orange rind, spices, white flour, bicarb soda, spiced rum, egg, orange juice, almond and flan gel.

All items are made in our bakery in an environment with eggs, nuts, flour, soy and gluten.
